Submitting Points
Overview
Group members use the points submission form linked to in their Group's "Resources" forum to submit points to their Group's Quartermaster for verification.
What Quartermasters Do
By end of the day (11:59 PM Pacific) on Friday of each week, Quartermasters will email the Lead Moderator with their Group's point tally for the week.
Late points submissions will incur a 10 point penalty for each day the report is late. If a Quartermaster is unable to submit his/her Group's points for a particular week, he/she should work with his/her Group's President to find a stand-in Quartermaster for that week.

Defining a Week
In order to simplify things for Quartermasters, the definition of a week used for the Groups doesn't fit the common definition of a week (Sunday - Saturday); instead, a week in the CP Groups world runs Friday - Thursday.
For example, Friday, February 8 - Thursday, February 14, 2013 is considered to be a week for CP Groups purposes. In order to count for points, any work completed within that time frame should have been submitted for points by the end of the day Thursday, February 14, 2013. Submissions made Friday, February 15 or later would be included in the following week's points submission.
This system allows Quartermasters to submit points at any time during the day on a Friday without having to wait for additional point submissions to be made.

Submitting Points for Two or More Activities
You will need to submit a separate form for each type of points submission you'd like to make.
For example, if you've completed both a CLEP and an ALEKS course one week, you'll need to submit one form for the CLEP and an additional form for the ALEKS course. This also includes passing a test and then posting feedback on that test - a separate form needs to be submitted for both activities.
No exceptions will be made, and any submissions that are for multiple activities will be invalidated and the Group member must resubmit the points following the guidelines above.
